We drove around today and did some site seeing. We drove onto Gantheaume Point, which is at the far eastern end of Cable Beach. Here is where everyone puts their boats into the water. Its a pretty spot.
Then we headed over to the Port of Broome to check that out. There were locals fishing under the bridge.

We also went to check out Town Beach in Roebuck Bay. We were told there was an awesome water playground here. The water was freezing but the girls wanted to play in it. They had fun.
Tonight we went to see the Australian comedy Bran Nu Day at the Sun Pictures, which is the oldest cinema still in operation since 1916. Its an indoor/outdoor cinema and the chairs are like deck chairs. The movie was filmed here in Broome and surrounding areas. A scene was filmed right here in these cinemas and everyone cheered when that scene came up on the screen. We brought with us loads of snacks and enjoyed the movie under the stars.
