DAY 136 - 03/07/2010 - Port Hedland, WA

There is not much recreational things to do in this town.

Chris and I went for a wander through the shops and left the men at home to tend to the kids. Alicia's birthday is coming up and we still don't have a present for her. Our idea was to give her an experience instead of a gift but there is nothing to experience in Port Hedland. I manage to get her lots of different things she can use on her travels such as art supplies, a boardgame and a book. I also got her a letter A charm for her necklace.

Chris and I purchase some hair dye. I have gone mahogony again for a change and we are bored so we thought we would pass some time playing hairdresses.

During the afternoon we took some snacks and wine and drove down to the port so the kids could play on the playground equipment there. It was good to get out and do something.

Lilly wants a turn too

Taylah having a turn on Josh's scooter. She really misses her one back home.
