DAY 238 - 12/10/2010 - Port Lincoln, SA

Very very chilly and windy day today. Indoor activities for most of the day are on the agenda. It rains on and off and a trip to the toilet block becomes a mission.

The better part of the morning is spent on school work. Reporting is coming up and we have some catch up to do.

While everyones busy doing their own thing Lilly gets herself tangled up in a beer carton box and cannot get back up. We are alerted by her cries and rush out to find this sight. We eventually help her up and out but not before I take a photo. Funny sight.

We all go out squiding this afternoon.

Lilly loves her new fishing rod.

I go a little later than everyone else as dinner has to be organised. Alicia and Lilly retreat early because its too cold for them. Waz lasts a little longer than them but eventually gives up also.

The temperature drops 5 degrees when out on the jetty and the wind blows straight thru you. Taylah and I are the only stayers but we are having fun. I manage to catch a couple of squid.

My first squid catch.

It could of been a third but one got away cause I tried to bring it up too early. Taylah and I hang out there until 8ish but thats all we can take of the cold wind and we too retreat to the warmth of the van.

All the girls are in bed reading or sleeping by 8.30 and Waz and I snuggle in bed watching movies and drinking hot chocolate.
