Lilly is concerned for our car
but is so excited for a drive in the truck
Can't wipe the smile off her face
and still smiling
We arrive at the Mitsubishi dealership in Goulburn.
Dropping the van off first
then the car.
Whilst the car is in being looked at and hopefully repaired we have set up camp directly across the road from the dealership on a vacant block of land. Thinking if they see how destitute we are they may hurry the process. Instead of waiting around we walk into town to check out the city of Goulburn.
We look around at some of the shops, have lunch in the park and the little ones play in the playground.
Lunch was terrible. The worse fish and chips ever. Hardly ate any of it and most of it got thrown in the bin. We start heading back and we receive a phone call. Its good news and its bad news. The good news is that the problem is the thermostat and its an easy and non expensive fix but the bad news is, they don't have the part in stock and its Friday afternoon. Therefore the car will be in for the weekend waiting for the part to arrive Monday.
Good old Whitey comes to our rescue and picks us up, caravan and all and takes us back to his place in Schofields. Its a 2 1/2 hour drive there but when we finally get there we set up the van on his driveway and get ready to chill for the rest of the night.
Tonight we enjoy a few drinks, delicious Ronnies Pizza and a 3am bedtime.
