DAY 235 - 09/10/2010 - Perlubie Beach, SA & Streaky Bay, SA

One year ago today Warren's mum left this world to join her Dad in another. Very often I feel her presence around us. Warren is sad today, he hasn't told me but I can see it in his eyes. I don't know what to say or do but life goes on as normal and I know she would be so proud of him and his achievements. RIP Kerry...you are in our thoughts more often than not.

We are staying at the Foreshore Caravan Park in Streaky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula. We are one row back from the waterfront. I have lots of clothes washing to do which I tend to while the girls play on the beach and the playground throughout the day.

Our highlight today is the showers. We havn't showered in days and they are awesome.

We have decided to stay one more night and take the girls fishing tomorrow. Its a nice little spot here and the weather forecast for tomorrow is a promising 27 degrees and we are big Kev excited.

Tonight we enjoy a couple of drinks and a bbq dinner. We hear music across the water.....probably from the pub in town. There is a bonfire on the beach out front and there are people sitting around it. Tonight is not as cold as last night.
