DAY 20 - 09/03/2010 - Kiama, NSW

We drove along the Grand Pacific Drive today. This road stretches along the southern NSW/Sydney coastline. There is a segment of this road called the Sea Cliff Bridge which extends off the cliff face over the ocean. We started the journey at a lookout called Lawrence Hargrave Memorial. This lookout overlooks the ocean and you can see the Sea Cliff Bridge from here.

While we were sitting on a log taking in the view a bus full of Asian tourist stopped beside us. They all jumped out and proceeded to do what they do best which is taking lots of photos. Then suddenly one Asian tourist turned and noticed us all sitting there and he jibbered something in his native tongue and sat next to us while their mates took group shots of us. Then another one sat next to Taylah and more photos. We felt like we were in a zoo and we were the local attraction. Freaked us out a bit so we left pretty much straight away. The weirdos wanted to take more photos but we said no thanks and left.

We drove the Grand Pacific Drive all the way to Kiama.

We spent the rest of the day at Jamberoo Theme Park. The theme park has waterslides, a man made beach, go carts, a giant rock to jump off, water playgrounds and the bobsled. Alicia and Taylah had lots of fun here. I jumped off the rock, nearly crapped my pants and funnily enough my right boob fell out. Yes, a father with his two kids did see it. We both pretended it didnt happen. I popped it back in, got out of the water and walked off as if nothing happened.
