DAY 41 - 30/03/2010 - Coburg, VIC

Today is our last night in Coburg. We decided that the Mornington Peninsula was going to be our next stop before we left Vic and where we would spend Easter. There are a few places that we want to visit on the peninsula so we picked Frankston as it is central to most places there.

We spent the afternoon at the DFO shopping for some warm clothes as we don't really have a winter wardrobe. What a great afternoon of shopping. Bargains galore. We spent a small fortune on heaps of clothes. We havn't done this in a long time and really enjoyed ourselves.

I witnessed the so called "Blue Moon tonight". I thought the moon looked brighter and bigger than usual but failed to mention this to the rest of the family. I have never heard of the Blue Moon experience and apparently this only occurs every 2 years. I also heard on the news tonight that there was a small earthquake felt on the Mornington Peninsula and thats where we are headed tomorrow.
